Working with the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA), the City of Round Rock has investigated the feasibility of constructing a regional rail connection between Round Rock, Georgetown and Pflugerville and Downtown Austin by linking to the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CMTA) MetroRail Red Line.
