Director of Planning and Development Peter Wysocki has resigned his position, effective Dec. 7, to take a similar position with the City of Colorado Springs, Colo.

"Peter has done a tremendous job growing and shaping our Planning and Development Services Department, as well as the Inspection Services Division," City Manager Steve Norwood said. "His strong leadership skills and sense of humor will be missed. We are sorry to lose Peter’s skill and integrity. The City of Colorado Springs is getting a talented professional."

Development Services Manager Brad Wiseman will serve as interim director until a permanent replacement is found.
