City's Centennial Celebration kicks off Wednesday at Prete Main Street Plaza
The City of Round Rock, Williamson Museum and McNeil High School Musicale will host Round Rock's Centennial Kick-Off at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 in Prete Main Street Plaza.
The public is invited to attend a free concert and interactive history lesson. Mayor Alan McGraw will share details about Round Rock’s Spring Centennial Celebration and then Williamson Museum will introduce key figures in Round Rock’s History situated around the Prete Plaza on Main Street.
Stroll around to hear the stories of these local legends. They will share their role in Round Rock's past.
Horse and carriage rides will be provided by the Die Gelbe Rose Carriage Rides.
At 6 p.m. the McNeil High School Musicale takes the stage to sing Christmas carols including, “Hark! The Harold Angels Sing,” “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy,” and “Silent Night.”
