Public hearing for new downtown zoning districts May 15

An ordinance creating three new mixed-use zoning districts and rezoning much of downtown to these new districts will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission at its May 15, 2013 meeting. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 221 E. Main Street. Those who wish to speak at the public hearing are advised to arrive fifteen minutes early.

Please refer to the downtown rezoning page for more information about the three proposed mixed-use zoning districts and rezoning of downtown properties.
