Update: Gattis School Road repair complete
Update: Work on Gattis School Road is complete.
Thank you to everyone for their patience during this work.
The City of Round Rock will begin work to repair Gattis School Road from Surrey Drive to Oxford Boulevard starting at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16. The project is expected to last until Sunday night, Aug. 18.
Gattis School Road will be closed to all traffic while the work is being performed. Traffic will be detoured through the Greenslopes and Kensington Place subdivisions.
The City is repairing a damaged storm sewer pipe under Gattis School Road that has been causing the roadway to sink. This work will be performed during the day and the night to ensure its completion before Monday morning. The City understands this will be an inconvenience to the motoring public and the residents in the area; however this continuous effort will allow us to complete the project faster.
If you have questions about the project, call (512) 341-3138.
