The City of Round Rock contracts with Round Rock Refuse to provide garbage pick-up. Garbage pick-up is twice a week, Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. The only trash holidays are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day and only if they fall on a trash collection day.

Since Christmas and New Year's Day are on Saturday, there will be no change in the trash pick up schedule this season.
