The City of Round Rock shares a government/education cable access on Time Warner Cable Channel 10 with the Round Rock Independent School District. The City controls the programming from noon to midnight. It is used only for government related information and events.

The City also airs programming to subscribers of AT&T Uverse on Channel 99.

Playback schedule

• City Council replays run at 7 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday, and 4 p.m. Saturday.
• City Focus, a monthly newsmagazine focusing on City programs and projects, runs at the top and bottom of the hour from noon to midnight, unless there is other programming or live meetings.
• The Federal Hour features programs from Senator Hutchison and Congressman Carter and runs at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays when prgrams are available.
• The Mayor's Quarterly Report runs at 8 p.m. on Monday and Friday.
