Changes to online payment system INCODE has replaced Bank of America as the City of Round Rock’s online payment system provider. The new system allows payments to be processed in real time. Note to customers using credit card recurring payments Unfortunately, the new system does not allow recurring payments using credit cards. Customers still have the option to use the City’s direct debit program or set up recurring payments through their bank. We apologize for the inconvenience. |
With the City of Round Rock's online payment service, you can make a one time payment for your utility bill. You will need your utility bill and credit card information. We accept Visa and Master Card. Please choose from the links below to get started.
One Time Payment (First time users must register)
- There is a $1.50 transaction fee for all online payments.
- Total amount due includes Friendly Rock contribution billed.
If your service has been interrupted for non payment it is necessary to call the office @ 512-218-5460 with a confirmation number to have service restored. Accounts subject to interruption must be paid prior to 5 p.m. CT on the due date in order to prevent possible interruption.
A fee of $25 will be assessed on all payments returned to the City. Payment items returned for any reason (NSF, closed account, etc.) must be paid for by money order or cash. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify all credit card and/or debit card information with his/her financial institution prior to transmitting authorization for payment.
