Laurie Hadley

Laurie Hadley started as Assistant City Manager for the City of Round Rock in May 2011. Previously, she was with the City of Prescott for 14 years, serving as Deputy City Manager since 2006 and Acting City Manager in 2011.

Hadley oversees the following departments: Utilities and Environmental Services, Transportation, Planning and Development Services, Library, Human Resources and the Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Ms. Hadley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Bryan Williams Assistant City Manager

Bryan Williams

Bryan Williams began a new role as Assistant City Manager on Nov. 7, 2011. Williams had previously been Police Chief.

Williams oversees the following departments: Parks and Recreation, Information Technology, Communications, Neighborhood Services and General Services.

Williams started as Round Rock Police Chief in May 2004, following a 19-year career in McKinney, Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University.

Williams began his career in McKinney as a patrol officer in 1985 after serving four years in the U.S. Army
