Are there any RV parks or campgrounds in Round Rock?
The Old Settlers' RV Park is managed by the Old Settlers Association. Call 512-388-1733 for information. Other RV parks in the area include:

The Parks and Recreation Department offers swimming lessons for children and adults year round.

Is there a park in my community?
The City of Round Rock is approaching 2,000 acres of developed and undeveloped parkland.  Please take a look at our Parks and Other Facilities Page to locate a park in your community.  The parks are listed by park type with both park facilities and athletic facilities. 
What is Arbor Day?
Arbor Day is America's National Tree Holiday, a day set aside to plant ceremonial trees, educate the public about the importance of trees, and honor the vital role trees play in our everyday lives. For more, see the Forestry Arbor Day page.
What is urban forestry?
An urban forest is described as all the trees and plants in an urban area where people live, work, and play. The job of an urban forester is to manage the natural resources within an urban setting by working to preserve and promote the growth of healthy trees in the community. The Oregon Department of Forestry provides a great description of urban forestry and the importance of urban foresters in the community.
