About the Community Development Advisory Commission
The Community Development Advisory Commission (CDAC) represents the interests of low-to-moderate-income citizens of Round Rock, and makes recommendations to City Council on issues relating to funding community development projects, programs and sub-grants with funds from HUD's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and other sources.  Duties include identifying the city’s housing and community development needs, identifying funding priorities and allocation amounts, reviewing and recommending Five Year Consolidated Plans and One Year Action Plans (referred to as Community Development Action Plans).

Typically, the CDAC meets at 6:30 p.m. the first Thursday of the month in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street.  Meetings are also broadcast live on Cable Channel 10.
