The Inspection Services Division protects the health, safety and welfare of the general public by ensuring residential and commercial building standards are adhered to and all roadway and utility construction conforms to City codes and specifications. The division includes Residential and Commercial Building Inspections and Construction Inspection including underground and roadway improvements.

Building Inspection is responsible for the inspection of all construction in the City to ensure compliance with ordinances, building codes and applicable specifications.
