Memorial Park is a large centrally-located community park with several historical features, a commemorative WWII torpedo, and informative plaques. This linear shaped park runs along Brushy Creek and is home to geese and ducks that love to be fed from the park benches. The picnic tables and benches are well shaded by large oak trees. Trails follow along the creek throughout the whole park and lead over to the round rock, for which the city is named, and to the Chisholm Trail Crossing Park.
