This project provides for a general rehabilitation of the water treatment plant including improving the housings of old high service pumps and controls; general structure repairs; replacement of the chain and flight sludge collector in Phase 3 of the plant and painting the exterior hardware.  This rehabilitation project will reduce down time at the plant and maximize its capacity as well as prevent deterioration of major componenets that could require costly repairs or even replacement.
