Programs for all ages

The Round Rock Public Library's Summer Reading Program is not only a great way for kids to keep up their reading skills, but to reinforce the importance of reading and literacy for the whole family.
The theme for the 2010 children's program is "Catch the Reading Express." The teen program for 2010 is "Within Arms Reach: The Future is Yours! TTR.10." The children's and teen programs will run from June 9 through August 9th.
In this program, readers of all ages are encouraged to log the time they spend reading for prizes and rewards. Whether its books, magazines, newspapers or even books on tape, you can count your time spent reading and earn incentives for different levels. Even children who can’t yet read can participate when someone reads to them.
