This project provides for the remodeling of the City-owned facility at 615 East Palm Valley Boulevard. By remodeling this facility, multiple City departments will be able to be co-located at the two building complex that is 35,152 square feet. By relocating to this facility, staff will be able to provide better accessibility and service to the citizens of Round Rock and other external customers at a single location.
