
Notice of the Public's Rights Under Title VI
The City of Round Rock, Texas is responsible for operating Public Transportation Programs and implementing transit-related projects, which are funded in part with Federal financial assistance awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration, without discriminating against any person in the United States on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
Filing a Discrimination Complaint
Any person who believes they have been discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin may file a complaint directly wit hthe Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.
