Police alerts: Citizen Observer
Sign up to get notifications from the Round Rock Police Department or provide anonymoust text or web tips with Citizen Observer. Alerts are received by citizens according to their preference of text message, email or both. The notification system offers inbound anonymous communications via text message or email.
