The design and construction of two 8 inch water mains, located north of Chisholm Cove and the other south of Chisholm Cove. These two water mains will close a loop between the 12 inch water main in Chisholm Trail Rd and the 12 inch water main along the south bound Frontage Rd of IH-35.
