The Domestic Crimes Unit is comprised of one sergeant and two detectives who specialize in the investigation of physical and sexual abuse of children, and the investigation of cases against persons responsible for domestic violence. The unit also works closely with Child Protective Services (CPS) and other County and State agencies in a collaboration to thoroughly investigate child abuse and domestic crimes.
