City Council meetings
All Council meetings are held at City Hall, 221 E. Main St., in downtown Round Rock, on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., unless indicated otherwise. Council meetings are cablecast on Time Warner Cable channel 10 and Uverse channel 99. Council agendas are posted on this website and on the bulletin boards at City Hall 72 hours prior to meetings as required by law.
City Council membership
All Council Members are elected at large and serve the entire City, not a geographic precinct, for a three year term. The Mayor Pro-Tem is appointed annually by Council Members. City Council positions are not full-time jobs.
