Water and Wastewater Utility Capital Improvement Projects consist of major water and wastewater repairs, replacements and the development or acquisition of new facilities. Funding for water and wastewater utility projects is from the sale of water and wastewater services, utility impact fees and the issuance of revenue bonds.
Drainage Utility Projects consist of minor system capacity improvements and major channel, culvet or other storm water system repairs. Funding for drainage projects comes from general government resources such as property tax, sales tax, the issuance of authorized bonds regional storm water management funds.
