Our role and level of involvement varies with each step of the process.  In general, the Development Services Office reviews various applications and provides comments on streets, drainage, fire, landscaping, forestry, water and wastewater.  Applications, schematics and construction plans are reviewed to ensure orderly development and to ensure compliance with City Ordinances, policies and generally accepted engineering standards.
