High Country Park Development Phase I
Finish Date: Fall 2005

High Country Park is a 7.8 acre community/neighborhood park. The park provides areas for both active and passive recreation. The finished Phase I development includes a ¼ mile walking trail, basketball court, and playground, as well as our standard park amenities such as picnic tables, benches, bike racks, and a water fountain. Future development to this park may include features such as a pavilion and a sand volleyball court and will be constructed in a phased approach pending available funding.

Bradford Park Development
Finish Date: Spring 2005

Bradford Park is a 4.3 acre community/neighborhood park located in the Bradford housing development off Gattis School Rd. Park amenities include a crushed granite walking trail, playground, picnic areas, and several park benches. The walking trail loops around an existing water feature and provides a wonderful variety of tree species.

Buck Egger Park Development Phase I
Finish Date: Spring 2005

This project is part of a group of Community Park Renovation and Development projects that are designed to develop new park sites and renovate older sites to provide safe, usable and attractive facilities. The development and renovation of Buck Egger Park included new playground equipment, pedestrian access, and our standard park amenities such as benches and picnic tables.

Greenhill Park Development

Finish Date: Fall 2005

Greenhill Park is a renovation and development project designed to provide safe and usable park amenities. This project included installation of new playground equipment, park benches, and new picnic tables and sidewalks.

Soccer Complex Parking Lots
Finish Date: Fall 2005

The Soccer Parking Lots are an improvement to Old Settlers Park at Palm Valley that provide a more usable and attractive component to the park.

Downtown Beautification
Finish Date: Winter 2005

This project was identified after the Downtown Sidewalk Project was completed in 2003. The Beautification Project will add the finishing touches to the Sidewalk Project by providing landscape materials and new site furnishings along Main Street, enhancing the aesthetics of downtown Round Rock.
