The East Water Transmission Line Phase 3B-2 Improvements will construct approximately 5,400 feet of 36" Water Line along Country Road 122 from Kiphen Road to Highway 79.  This water line is needed to meet current and future water demands in the east and southeast areas of the City and is a part of the Water Distribution master Plan dated August 2004.  The City received Request for Proposals from 13 engineering firms and a committee is recommending Carter & Burgess after a thorough review of the proposals.
