Customer Service Survey
The City of Round Rock has introduced a standing Customer Service Survey to allow patrons to provide feedback on its service. Fill out a survey card on your next visit or go online at roundrocktexas.gov/customersurvey to let them know about your experience.

Library Director: management, budget, and public relations issues
Public Services Manager: desk and floor staff, and services to the public issues
Collection Development Manager: questions about the library's holdings
Children's Services Manager: all Children's progams and service points and Children's Department staff issues
Adult Services Librarian: all Adult programs, community outreach, and events
Teen Librarian: Teen Book Club, Gaming Tournaments, and selection of teen materials
Library Webmaster: broken links, missing or incorrect information, questions about the Web site
