Decrease congestion and improve access at the intersection of Chisholm Trail and improve safety for the traveling public

What?
Reconstruction of Sam Bass Road to add turn lanes at the intersection.  Reconstruction of a portion of Chisholm Trial and the railroad crossing.  Replace and/or relocate all water and wastewater lines and storm sewer lines.

Where?
Sam Bass Road - Meadows Drive to the IH 35 southbound frontage road
Chisholm Trail -  400' North of Sam Bass Road
