Phase 2 expands the existing two-lane roadway (from the MKT ROW to CR 122) to a four-lane divided arterial roadway, improves the CR 122/Kiphen Road intersection, improves drainage and adjusts utilities. Phase 2 is a City of Round Rock project and is funded by the Round Rock Transportation System Development Corporation (4B).
