Description

The project is divided into three phases with Phase 1 from Forest Creek Drive to CR 123, Phase 2 from Forest Creek Drive to Gattis School Road and Phase 3 from CR 123 to US 79. 

Phase 1 and 2 expands the existing two-lane roadway to three, 12 foot lanes with four foot shoulders, improves drainage and adjusts utilities.  

Phase 3 constructs a new five-lane bridge over Brushy Creek and a new railroad crossing, installs new traffic signals, improves drainage and adjusts utilities.
