Description

Phase 1 of this project is from FM 1460 to the Old Missouri, Kansas, Texas (MKT) railroad right-of-way (ROW) and expands the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided arterial roadway, improves the FM 1460/Kiphen Road intersection, improves drainage and adjusts utilities. Phase 1 is part of a TxDOT project to expand FM 1460.
