This 3-year project will result in accurate utility mapping for the City's entire water and wastewater system.  Manholes, fire hydrants and water line valves will all be located using a Global Positioning System (within 1-foot accuracy) and then mapped on the city's Geographical Information System.  These maps will be used for utility field locations, utility modeling and fire hydrants positions for the Fire Department.
