Site Development
Site development is the construction of features particular to an individual lot, such as driveways, parking lots, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, fire hydrants and utility connections from the stub to the features they serve.  Site features are regulated by local, national and international codes.

Landscape Plan
All projects built in Round Rock are subject to requirements that are intended to create, preserve and enhance the visual and physical aesthetics of the City’s environment.  The Landscape portion of the Zoning Ordinance sets forth requirements regarding the design, installation and maintenance of landscaping of all projects built within the City.  The Landscape Packet provides information on these requirements including checklists, applicable Zoning Ordinance sections, preferred tree list and other information related to landscape plan submittals.
