Formula 1 racing is coming to Austin! The Circuit of the Americas racetrack is opening in November. The Round Rock Public Library presents a program on the basics of F-1 racing from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30 in Room B. Come learn about Grand Prix racing and see what all the buzz is about.
