Help benefit the Friends of the Round Rock Public Library if you shop at Barnes and Noble from Jan. 8 - 10. A portion of the proceeds from this weekend will go towards the Friends.

Barnes and Noble will donate a percentage of all the net sales from that weekend when patrons either present a voucher (PDF) at the register or tell the cashiers that their purchase is being made to help the Friends of the Library.

Vouchers apply to all purchases except gift cards and Barnes and Noble memberships. The vouchers do not convey a discount and are only good in stores, not online.

The Library has arranged for local author Mike Cox to give a presentation about the Galveston hurricane and other Texas disasters followed by a question and answer session at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9 at Barnes and Noble as part of Round Rock Reads! Join us in 1900 period dress.
