As part of its celebration of Black History Month -- a nationwide celebration marking the annual observance, in February, of the past achievements and contributions made by African Americans -- the Round Rock Public Library presents a meet the authors event featuring at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16 in the Round Rock Public Library.
