The Round Rock Area Arts Council is signing up chalk artists, musicians and vendors to participate in the Children at Heart Family Music & Arts Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8 and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 in Downtown Round Rock.
Children and adults can decorate a baseball (or more than one baseball) into a work of art and submit entries by Oct. 4, 2010. This weekend festival is a celebration of Children at Heart Ministries' 60 years of service to Round Rock.
