Celebrate winter fun at the Round Rock Public Library's Winter Carnival, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, in Room C. We'll enjoy crafts, games, and fun geared for children of kindergarten age and older at this free, come-and-go event.
