Texas State presents a Veteran's Symposium from 8 a.m. to noon, Friday, March 25 at the Round Rock Higher Education Center.
The Veterans' Symposium is presented to honor the many veterans in Central Texas who have served our country by showcasing programs and services that support veterans in the Central Texas area.
Presentations will be provided by agencies such as the Texas Veterans Land Board, Texas Veterans' Commission, County Veteran Services Office, US Small Business Administration, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Learn about health benefits, small business loan programs, educational opportunities, and services available to veterans and their families.
Even if you are aware of veterans' benefits and services, please come and hear about important updates and new programs that might be useful to you or your family members.
Government agencies and other organizations that serve veterans will host exhibit tables, and be available to share information about their programs.
The Veterans' Symposium is open to veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Veterans and their families, children of veterans, and surviving spouses are invited to attend. Organizations that provide benefits and services to veterans are also invited to attend.
