The Round Rock Public Library presents its Book-to-Movie series from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1.

Dinosaurs take front and center in today's Book-to-Movie feature.

Combining the latest in special effects with masterful storytelling, an age-old fantasy becomes a reality as dinosaurs are genetically re-created for the ultimate theme park in this adaptation of Michael Crichton’s best-selling novel. The adventure begins in wonder and excitement for the park’s first visitors, but soon takes a suspenseful turn as the dinosaurs break out of their carefully constructed environment and begin to wreak havoc. Rated PG-13. (127 min.)
