The Williamson County and Cities Health District and Lone Star Circle of Care will offer back-to-school immunizations for uninsured and underinsured children
from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at the United Heritage Center at Dell Diamond, 3400 E. Palm Valley Blvd.

Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian or an adult accompanying the child must have written permission from the parent to sign consent for the child. Adults must present child’s current shot record.

Cost is $10 per child no matter how many immunizations are needed. Cash or check only. You will not be turned away for an inability to pay.
