Texas State Technical College presents a free culinary class from Chef Steve Mannion from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at the East Williamson County Higher Education Center-Hutto's temporary location in Round Rock. Chef Mannion will demonstrate skils like cutting, chopping and dicing as well as information on knives and their purposes.
