The Neighborhood Harvest Project presents Indoor Seed Starting for the Spring Garden, a talk by Jeff Ferris at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14. Learn how a little planning, a sunny spot and a tiny seed can come together for a head start on your spring gardening season. Following the talk there will be a seed swap. Bring your extra seeds to share and swap. Jeff Ferris is a horticulturist at the Natural Gardener, teaches at Austin Community College and is the co-founder of the Neighborhood Harvest Project.
