The Environmental Services Division is offering rain barrels made of recycled 55-gal plastic drums from 9 to 11 a.m. (or until sold out) Saturday, March 31, at the Recycling Center.
Cost is $25 per barrel, cash or check only. Limit four barrels per vehicle.
