The City of Round Rock presents Skywarn Weather Training from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 21 at the Baca Center.

The Skywarn weather training is offered free of charge from the National Weather Service. 

The training lasts around two hours and teaches basic weather safety, the different types of thunderstorms and the hazards associated with storms. 

It offers education on how to spot severe weather and how/what to report back to authorities.  The presentation is filled with interesting weather pictures and videos.
