The Round Rock Public Library presents a closing reception for its May exhibit In His Own Words: The Life and Work of Cesar Chavez from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 31.
The reception will feature guest speaker James C. Harrington, the Director of the Texas Civil Right Project, who worked with Cesar Chavez in Texas for 18 years. He will speak about the work they did together, and Chavez's lasting legacy and impact.
