Compost 101: The Real Dirt

The Round Rock Public Library presents Stephen Brueggerhoff of the Native Plant Society of Texas with the real dirt on compost at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28.

More than just rot, learn about the circle of life involved in successful composting. Stephen will “break down” the basics:  soil food web, critters that compost, the do’s and don’ts of composting, how to make a compost bin, and other tips that will help you compost successfully in your own backyard.
