Defiant CrossFit will host a goal setting workshop from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, June 30.
Goal Setting and Positive Self-Talk are powerful assets to any pursuit of fitness. In this hands-on course, you will learn how to set and achieve your goals by using progressions that compliment the CrossFit program.
You will also gain a deeper appreciation for the mental component of CrossFit training that will help you not only in your workouts but in all aspects of your life as well.
Athletes should wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a snack and be prepared to take notes on this exciting information that will change the way you view Crossfit.
