Lights. Camera. Help. presents a Film Festival over three days from Sept. 12 to Sept. 14 celebrating the very best public service announcements, shorts and feature length films that focus on the good happening in the world. The film festival will have screens from 6 to 7:30 at the Spirit of Texas Theater at 1800 Congress Ave and the Scottish Rite Theater at 207 West 18 Street. Both theaters are in Austin. Ticket prices vary. Buy online Cash prizes are awarded to the causes represented in the winning films.
