On Wednesday, December 13, judging will take place for the Allen R Baca Center’s Deck the Walls Art Contest. Contestant artwork will be displayed for one full year for members and visitors of the Center to enjoy. Winners receive ribbons and cash prizes to include $100 for first place, $50 for second place and $25 for third place in each age division. 

From December 4 to December 8, contestants of all ages have submitted original art work for the contest from watercolor, oil, acrylic, pen/ink, pencil, material, charcoal and photography.  More than 40 pieces have been received for the competition from middle schools, high schools and adults in the community.
