Public information meeting regarding the voluntary annexation and zoning of the Robinson Tract (38-acre tract west of Wyoming Springs Drive between Park Valley Drive and Smyers Lane, just north of FM 620).  The proposed zoning for the tract is Office (OF), which is intended to be a transitional use between neighboring residential properties and higher-intensity non-residential properties.  Representatives from the Planning Department will be present to answer questions about the proposed zoning before the project goes to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
